Message dated April 1 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                                     
SENATE BILL NO. 241(FIN) with the following amendment:                                              
                                                                                                    
       CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 241(FIN) am H "An Act                                                 
       making an appropriation to the Department of Revenue                                         
       for work related to bringing North Slope natural gas to                                      
       market; and providing for an effective date"                                                 
                                                                                                    
and it is transmitted for consideration with a House Letter of Intent.                              
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated the message would be held on the
