The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An Act                                       
prohibiting discrimination in insurance rates based on credit rating or                             
credit scoring; and providing for an effective date" and recommended                                
it be replaced with                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 13(JUD) "An Act                                                    
          relating to using credit history or insurance scoring                                     
          for insurance purposes; and providing for an effective                                    
          date."
