Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Elton objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President  Therriault  stated  SENATE  BILL  NO. 88  will  be  on  the

certain members of the armed forces and their spouses and dependents                                
for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and providing
