Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(JUD) was adopted. Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objections were heard. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(JUD) will be on the March 31 calendar. Reconsideration of Senate Resolutions SJR 8 Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8 be taken up. The resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8 Relating to the division of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 8 Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 16 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, French, Green, Guess, Ogan, Seekins, Stevens B, Stevens G, Taylor, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Elton, Hoffman, Lincoln Absent: Olson and so, SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8 passed the Senate on reconsideration and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
