Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                  
cosponsor on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 308(JUD) "An Act                                                
relating to warnings on domestic violence and stalking forms; and                                   
increasing the duration of certain provisions of domestic violence                                  
protective orders from six months to up to one year." Without

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                                
26(FIN) am S(fld S) Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the                                 
State of Alaska relating to the Alaska permanent fund, establishing the                             
earnings account, and permitting deposits to the principal of the                                   
permanent fund; and providing for an effective date for the                                         
amendments, be held to the next legislative day. Without objection, it

unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on SENATE CS                                        
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 385(JUD) "An Act relating to                                              
awarding child custody; and providing for an effective date." Without

The reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                              
NO. 93(TRA) "An Act relating to boating safety, registration, and

day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
