date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was

amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and

averaged percent of the fund market value, was read the second time.                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
