Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                  
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
3513. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                 
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 32(FIN) was adopted.                                                      
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                               
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 32(FIN) Relating to information                                           
infrastructure and establishing the Alaska Information Infrastructure                               
Policy Task Force, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the

and report on the competitiveness of the state's oil and gas tax and                                
royalty structure, was adopted, read the second time and was before
