CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RLS) was                                                  
read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT                                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 16(RLS) Proposing amendments to the Uniform                                          
Rules of the Alaska State Legislature providing that the 2000 edition                               
of "Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure" shall implement the                                    
rules; relating to meetings of subcommittees and conference                                         
committees; and providing for an effective date for the amendments,
