The Finance Committee considered HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act                                          
extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry                               
Midwives" and recommended it be replaced with

          Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                        
          Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; and relating to the                                      
          regulation of certified direct-entry midwives."
