The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered CS                                   
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 405(EDU) "An Act relating to reports on                                          
school and school district performance; and relating to accountability                              
of public schools and school districts; and providing for an effective                              
date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                           
                                                                                                    
          SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                                       
          405(HES) "An Act relating to reports on school and
