CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 534(FIN) was read the third time.                                             
                                                                                                    
Senator Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from                                     
voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator                             
Dyson was required to vote.                                                                         
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 534(FIN) "An                                       
Act repealing the scheduled termination date of the office of victims'

applications for permanent fund dividends by certain individuals                                    
serving in the armed forces, and to payment of certain 2003 and 2004

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
