liability associated with aircraft runways, airfields, and landing areas"                           
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 474(JUD) am

HOUSE BILL NO. 489 "An Act relating to the administration of the                                    
Alaska Vocational Technical Center; and providing for an effective
