Department of Natural Resources to issue citations for certain skiing                               
violations; relating to establishing a bail schedule for certain skiing

violation" was read the third time.                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be returned to the Rules Committee. Without objection, it was so
