Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective                             
date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was                                 
signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.                                    
                                                                                                    
HB 353                                                                                            
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 353(JUD) "An Act exempting certain                                            
teachers at certain schools from jury service during school terms; and                              
amending Rule 15(k), Alaska Rules of Administration" was read the

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator

HOUSE BILL NO. 373 "An Act requiring warrants drawn by the                                          
Department of Administration against the state treasury to be

be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis
