CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 351(JUD) "An Act relating to the                                              
devices, including carbon monoxide detection devices, required in                                   
dwellings; and providing for an effective date" was read the second                                 
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 351(JUD) will

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 438(JUD) am "An Act relating to                                               
motorists moving over or slowing down for emergency vehicles" was                                   
read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                  
the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered                               
on page 3204. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                         
BILL NO. 438(STA) was adopted.

be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
