Without objection, the citation was adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. Unfinished Business HB 140 Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate rescind its action in failing to adopt the effective date clause on SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 140(STA)(efd fld S). Senator Ellis objected.
