Without objection, Senator Bunde was excused. Senator French moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from the Senate, not subject to a call, on April 7, to plane time. Without objection, Senator French was excused. Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate on April 6, to plane time. Without objection, Senator Gary Stevens was excused. SB 154 Senators Wagoner, Gary Stevens, Taylor, Lincoln, Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154 "An Act relating to a student loan repayment program for nurses, and amending the duties of the Board of Nursing that relate to this program; and providing for an effective date." HB 139 The reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 139(RES) "An Act approving an interim classification by the commissioner of natural resources closing certain land within the Glacier Creek and Winner Creek drainages to new mineral entry; and providing for an effective date" was not taken up this legislative day and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
