Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President                                 
Therriault at 10:22 a.m.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
The roll showed twelve members present. Senators Cowdery, Davis,                                    
Dyson, Hoffman, Ogan, Olson, Gary Stevens were excused from a call                                  
of the Senate. Senator Wagoner was absent.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Sam Dalin of the River                               
of Glory Church.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Green led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
journals for the fifty-seventh and fifty-eighth legislative days be                                 
approved as certified by the Secretary. Without objection, it was so
