SENATE BILL NO. 124 "An Act relating to grants for alcoholism and                                   
drug abuse programs; and providing for an effective date" was read the                              
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE BILL NO. 124 will be on the

be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
