The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 16,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1760), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16                                                                  
    Encouraging the federal government to end the federal subsidy of                                
    ethanol, and requesting the Congress of the United States to                                    
    mandate that land currently used to grow corn for the production                                
    of ethanol be returned to its natural state.                                                    
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess for                              
a Majority Caucus and a Minority Caucus; and so, the House recessed                                 
at 9:12 p.m.

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that
