The Community & Regional Affairs Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(RES)                                                                
     "An Act removing the Old Minto townsite from the Minto Flats                                   
     State Game Refuge; and authorizing the Department of Natural                                   
     Resources to convey certain land at the historic Old Minto site to
