And so, CSSB 395(FIN) am passed the House on reconsideration.                                       
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
CSSB 395(FIN) am was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                      
returned to the Senate.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to                               
a joint session; and so, the House recessed at 2:43 p.m.

The Speaker called the House back to order at 3:14 p.m.                                             
                                                                                                    
                       JOINT SESSION IN THE HOUSE                                                
                                                                                                    
In accordance with Uniform Rule 51, Speaker Kott turned the gavel                                   
over to President Therriault who called the joint session to order at                               
3:14 p.m.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
The purpose of the joint session was to consider confirmation of the                                
Governor's appointments.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll                                 
call of the Senate be waived and all members be shown as present.                                   
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call of the House be waived and all members be shown as present.                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
