Representative Dahlstrom moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
HCS CSSB 385(RLS) am H be returned to second reading for the                                        
specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2.  There being no

Amendment No. 2, which amends Amendment No. 1 (page 4074), was

Under Sec 24.20.680(b):                                                                           
 Delete "four to six"                                                                               
 Insert "six to eight"                                                                              
                                                                                                    
Under Sec 24.20.680(b):                                                                           
 Insert a  new paragraph to read:                                                                   
             "(1) the president of the senate and the speaker of the                                
    house of representatives;"
