Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representatives Lynn and Gara: Page 8, following line 11: Insert a new subsection to read: "(f) The department shall conduct, at least annually, an unannounced inspection of each site of the Alaska Pioneers' Home and the Alaska Veterans' Home to determine compliance of the facilities with all applicable laws and regulations." Representative Lynn moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Stepovich objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 be adopted?"
