Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
CSSB 217(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                   
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                   
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
CSSB 217(JUD) was read the third time.
