The House Special Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs has                                     
considered:                                                                                         
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18                                                                   
    Supporting the men and women of the United States armed forces                                  
    in the military action to free Iraq and to protect the world from                               
    Saddam Hussein.                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:

    Supporting the men and women of the United States armed forces.
