The House Special Committee on Oil & Gas has considered:                                            
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17                                                                  
     Strongly encouraging the Secretary of the Interior to conduct                                  
     additional competitive oil and gas lease sales within the National                             
     Petroleum Reserve in Alaska.
