A message dated August 10, 2004, was received August 11 stating the                                 
Governor is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the                                   
following resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

      HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 101                                                           
      Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                
      the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 1001,
