    "An Act relating to applications for permanent fund dividends by                                
    certain individuals serving in the armed forces; and providing for                              
    an effective date."

    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 536(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to application for and payment of 2003 and 2004                                
    dividends of certain individuals serving in the armed forces; and
