    HOUSE BILL NO. 47                                                                               
    "An Act prohibiting discrimination by credit rating or credit                                   
    scoring in certain insurance rates; and providing for an effective                              
    date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(STA)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to using credit rating or credit scoring for                                   
    insurance purposes; and providing for an effective date."
