     HOUSE BILL NO. 422                                                                             
     "An Act repealing the special subaccount established in the                                    
     constitutional budget reserve fund; relating to the powers of the                              
     Department of Revenue for the investment of amounts in the                                     
     constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective                             
     date."
