    "An Act relating to an endowment for public education; and                                      
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 333(EDU)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to an endowment for public education and the                                   
    University of Alaska; relating to university land; establishing a                               
    trust fund for public education; and providing for an effective                                 
    date."
