Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so

Representative Hawker be shown as excused from the vote on CSHB
233(EDU) am.  There being no objection, the voting record was                                       
changed accordingly.
