The House Special Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs has

    HOUSE BILL NO. 228                                                                              
    "An Act relating to state employees who are called to active duty                               
    as reserve or auxiliary members of the armed forces of the United                               
    States; and providing for an effective date."                                                   
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 228(MLV)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to state employees who are called to active duty                               
    or ordered to full-time service as reserve or auxiliary members of                              
    the armed forces of the United States; and providing for an
