Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 552(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Coghill: Page 31, following line 30: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 7. The provisions in secs. 1 - 6 of this Act do not take effect unless a majority of voters on a statewide ballot approve the establishment of a business authorized under AS 05.18.160." Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Williams objected. Representative Coghill placed a call of the House.
