Full Journal pdf2004-05-03 House Journal Page 3770 The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 552(FIN) "An Act relating to gambling and gaming." Representative Williams placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 552(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Weyhrauch and Gruenberg: Page 13, line 30, following "information": Insert "if the municipality has adopted an ordinance, ratified by a majority of the municipal voters voting on the question, authorizing gambling in that municipality" Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Lynn objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
