HB 552 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 30, 2004, calendar (page 3682), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 552(FIN) "An Act relating to gambling and gaming." Representative Lynn cited Uniform Rule 39(b) and Mason's Manual 379(2) and moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 552(FIN) be referred to the Labor & Commerce Committee. Objection was heard. The Speaker ruled the reference to Uniform Rule 39(b) was out of order but the reference to Mason's Manual 379(2) was in order.
