     HOUSE BILL NO. 175                                                                             
     "An Act relating to issuance of a limited driver's license; relating                           
     to driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,                                 
     inhalant, or controlled substance and refusal to take a chemical                               
     test for consumption of an alcoholic beverage, inhalant, or                                    
     controlled substance; and providing for an effective date."

HB 515                                                                                            
The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 515                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the regulation of municipal water and sewer                                
   utilities not in competition with other water and sewer utilities."                             
                                                                                                    
HB 515 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the

notice and publication requirements be waived and the citation,
