Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representatives Weyhrauch, Gruenberg, and Samuels: Page 6, following line 25: Insert a new section to read: "*Sec. 12 Sections 1 and 2 of this Act take effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. Representative Croft objected and withdrew the objection.
