And so, Amendment No. 3 was not adopted. Amendment No. 4 was not offered. Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Cissna: Page 3, line 16, following "section": Insert "to the extent permitted by law" Page 3, lines 19 - 21: Delete all material and insert: "(1) 60 percent shall be appropriated to the dividend fund established under AS 43.23.045; (2) 30 percent shall be appropriated for public education; (3) 10 percent shall be appropriated for municipal aid under AS 29.60.010 - 29.60.300." Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Representative Lynn objected.
