Amendment No. 2 to Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Following "(B)": Delete all material and insert: "the amount calculated for the current dividend program under former AS 37.13.140 and 37.13.145, as those statutes read on December 31, 2003." Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 to Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected.
