roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following which had                                 
been held to the May 16, 2003, calendar (page 1761), would be moved                                 
to the bottom of the first supplemental calendar:

    "An Act relating to a state sales and use tax; relating to taxes                                
    levied by cities and boroughs; providing authority to the                                       
    Department of Revenue to enter into the Streamlined Sales and                                   
    Use Tax Agreement; relating to the motor fuel tax; relating to the                              
    definition of 'taxpayer'; relating to the rate of interest on                                   
    delinquent taxes and overpayments of taxes; and providing for an
