Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 295(STA) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 293 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following which had been held to the May 16, 2003, calendar (page 1761), would be moved to the bottom of the first supplemental calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 293(FIN) "An Act relating to a state sales and use tax; relating to taxes levied by cities and boroughs; providing authority to the Department of Revenue to enter into the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement; relating to the motor fuel tax; relating to the definition of 'taxpayer'; relating to the rate of interest on delinquent taxes and overpayments of taxes; and providing for an effective date." THIRD READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 71 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 16, 2003, calendar (page 1748), was read the third time:
