Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 288(RLS)                                                               
    "An Act changing the name of the Department of Community and                                    
    Economic Development to the Department of Commerce and                                          
    Community and Economic Development."
