There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representatives Croft and McGuire: Page 3, lines 7 - 8: Delete all material and insert: "(E) for a child not living with the child's natural or adoptive parent, the child's grandparent, aunt, uncle, sister, or brother who have reached the age of majority and with whom the child lives;" Representative McGuire moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 273(JUD) am pass the House?"
