Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4004) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 260(JUD)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to immunity for free health care services                                     
     provided by certain health care providers; and providing for an
