Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so                                    
ordered and the new title follows:                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 233(EDU) am                                                              
     "An Act increasing the base student allocation used in the formula                             
     for state funding of public education; and providing for an                                    
     effective date."

reading, and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was
