    "An Act relating to the release of employment security records, to                              
    the admissibility of determinations and decisions regarding                                     
    unemployment compensation benefits, and to contributions,                                       
    interest, penalties, and payments under the Alaska Employment                                   
    Security Act; providing that property under the Alaska                                          
    Employment Security Act is not subject to the Uniform

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    the binding effect of determinations and decisions regarding

Representative McGuire moved and asked unanimous consent that

Representatives Berkowitz, Rokeberg, Samuels, Weyhrauch, and                                        
Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to                                    
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was                               
heard, and the members were required to vote.                                                       
                                                                                                    
Objection to Amendment No. 1 was withdrawn. There being no

reading, and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was
