Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
Representative Hawker be excused from a call of the House due to                                    
illness.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                              
                                                                                                    
Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
Representative Hawker be shown as excused from the vote on CSHB
233(EDU) am.  There being no objection, the voting record was

     Requesting the United States Department of the Interior and the                                
     United States Department of Justice to appeal the decision of the                              
     United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in The                                    
     Wilderness Society v. United States Fish and Wildlife Service and                              
     to seek an emergency stay of the decision pending an appeal of the

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that
