SENATE BILL NO. 115(efd fld) "An Act allowing expenses of the correctional industries program that may be financed from the correctional industries fund to include the salaries and benefits of state employees" was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Second Reading of House Resolutions HCR 2 CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2(MLV) am Relating to the extension of the Alaska Railroad to Fort Greely to serve the anti-ballistic missile launch facility, was read the second time. Senator Wagoner, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 382. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2(CRA) was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage.
