The reconsideration on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30                                               
Urging the United States Forest Service to acknowledge all of the                                   
rights of the state to rights-of-way to state highways that pass through                            
federal land, was not taken up this legislative day and the resolution

Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(HES)                                          
"An Act relating to a new optional group of persons eligible for                                    
medical assistance who require treatment for breast or cervical cancer;                             
and providing for an effective date" for the Health, Education and                                  
Social Services Committee meeting on April 30. Without objection, it
